Untrained Engineers. Staff do not speak English. Decide for yourself. Aircon broken, Dishwasher broken, Hallway flooding, Construction at 6am on weekdays, Construction at 8m on weekends, Decibel in the illegal range. My view - Horrendous.

While the staff is generally helpful, there were things about the property that would lead me to choose another property in the future. The check in process is an annoyance as the check in system required me to punch in my credit card pin. I've never had to do that before and generally don't need a pin to use my card. I don't remember the last time I did in fact. The front desk couldn't help as it was "process" and so that required me to spend an extra 20 minutes or so reaching out to the bank to check in after having taken an evening flight. The room. Pros: the water pressure on the shower was great! Cons: no usb plug ins for charging your personal accessories, the pillows were lumpy, there were red stains on the black out curtains, but none of it bothered me more than my backpack being covered in what seemed to be pet hair after dropping it on the carpet.

I was moved to their sister hotel for a reason unknown. Property was fine, dirty floors, somewhat smelly.

Hotel exceeded our expectations for a family hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Bathroom and bed were wonderful clean and comfortable. Our cleaning by Claudia was excellent she went above and beyond. We were traveling with a baby and we truly appreciated it.

Paying for parking seemed excessive given the lot was open and plenty of parking in the area.

this centrally located residence inn is close to lots of restaurants and easy access to the freeways. the bad part is the condition of the room: the bed sounded like the springs were sprung. the toilet seat broke and was replaced. the ice maker in the fridge was broken and replaced. our room was on the second floor and looked out on a roof area that held air conditioning units. although they did not run all the time, they were there and occasionally noticeable noise wise. this hotel needs a makeover. as a seasoned Residence Inn customer, this hotel was quite the disappointment. next time I'm staying at the Staybridge Inn on Barranca Parkway

Nice big room clean and over all great stay for families

Everything was in very good condition. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area and the breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect for us.

The only thing was that there was a parking fee, which may be common in this area. Everything else was great.
