"Great hotel experience"

North Conway Grand Hotel is located ideally next to the outlets, very clean, and rooms are very spacious too. We had a great time for our business trip. Would visit again for sure.

"Great fun, great food, great resort!"

We’ve been going to this hotel for many years and now we’re going with our grandchildren! It’s always immaculately clean and loaded with things to do both inside and outside of the resort.

There’s really nothing that we didn’t like.

"It wasn’t very comfortable and that’s what I look for in a hotel"

No free breakfast?? Kids kids kids everywhere, Running down hallway. I could hear the man in the next room snoring. I wasn’t expecting so many kids in the hotel. Pools and hot tubs. The beds were ok but the pillows stinks. Ended up with stiff neck. Lumpy pillows.

I take little weekend trips with family members to enjoy pool and hot tub to relax and quiet time. I didn’t have that at your hotel. I paid much more than the amount I clicked on to book the room. It was 400. And I ended up paying way more than 500. I never got an invoice. I was only handed key cards when we checked in.

"Wonderful stay for a spring ski weekend"

Had a wonderful stay! I took my son and his friend. It made for the perfect home base for a ski weekend. They loved the pools and fitness center. We enjoyed breakfast each morning. Staff was top-notch, even providing a basketball so the kids could play at the hoop in the parking lot.
