"Don't spend the extra money on the jacuzzi in room"

It should of been a better experience but we booked during a popular school vacation week we were told. Forget any chance of romance for a couple without children for a weekend get-away. The pools and hot tubs were overcrowded with unsupervised children jumping in and throwing footballs in the water. The room was disappointing. We spent the extra money for the jacuzzi and the first night we filled it and were disgusted with whatever came out of the pipes. Did not get to enjoy that either. The bar/bartender was great even though it only opened at 5pm and closed around 9pm one night.

"The North Conway not so Grand Hotel"

The location is great. The atmosphere is lively and bustling. The room was uncomfortable and dated. The value was relatively good. It was clean given the amount of guest. It was very noisy being that its very kid friendly. Service was good. It has an ample amount of amenities. I do feel as if the hot tubs should be adults only or age 12 and up. They arent kiddie pools. They are meant to be therapeutic.

"Amazing Weekend Getaway with my Husband"

Overall we had such an amazing experience at North Conway Grand Hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was so warm and cozy. I went with my husband so I love that even though it is a family friendly hotel, they have amenities and rules in place to allow adults to relax too. We also did the couples massage at the spa and it was 10/10. We will absolutely visit again.

"Okay but needs some work."

Hotel is dated and in need of minor updating, carpets and bathrooms showing age. Bar is sub par, cocktails not made as they should be. Restaurant food quality is sub optimal, I do not recommend dining here. Hot tub and outdoor pool were awesome, but bar opened too late to get service before 5.

"Book for the outdoor hot tub alone!"

This is our go-to hotel for location & the outdoor hot tub! The staff are friendly & accommodating! This trip they helped my finance surprise me with flowers & chocolate after a ski day! We always have a great time & will be back :)
