North Conway Grand Hotel

I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel they were friendly and extremely helpful ! Rooms were very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed going in the outdoor pool and hottub while it was snowing

The Bed was comfortable. We had a drink at the bar and the staff was friendly.

When we arrived the room was extremely hot. I believe it was 94'. We had to call down to the front desk for maintenance to come and turn off the heat. We sleep with the window open and it was only 20' outside. We also found a pill on the floor of the room that did not belong to me or my husband. This tells me that the room was not cleaned properly. Thank goodness we did not have a child with us this trip. It could have gone in a whole different direction.

enjoyed the lounge although first drink I received was flat and they still charged me for it.

after skiing all day, indoor hot tub and pool were down, water yellow in hot tub with no signage to keep people out, outdoor one worked but was full.

perfect stay! outdoor hot tub was amazing!! The staff were pleasant. It was clean and inviting. Great views and lots of things to do around, including the Rev casino. I'll be back!

Expensive breakfasts, no ventilation in the bathroom.

Not worth the money. Our room was not clean, bathroom was in worse shape, the hot tub inside was broken, so had to go out in the cold, just wasn't worth the money. Location was the only good thing about it.

The staff is very courteous! The pool was cold the first day and was fixed on the second day. I love the location and atmosphere!
