"my experience at the grand Hotel"

We love the grand hotel we go there many times overall it was a really good experience except for your food. Your restaurant food needs major improvement. We weren’t satisfied at all with that.

"Family friendly hotel with excellent amenities"

Excellent hotel with a variety of amenities for all ages. Our boys really enjoyed the movie nights and ice cream social. We all loved having both indoor and outdoor pool/hot tub options. The room was clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and it is in a great location, close to mountains and activities in the area.

"Good for families"

Convenient location to where we needed to be. The hotel had a lot to offer regarding things to do especially if you had kids.

Very crowded with family's, so fairly noisy, could hear kids running the halls and above our room until late evening. This was school vacation so I understand. Not a lot of counter space to put your stuff down when you got to the room. No cups for the coffee maker or for when you brush your teeth etc... Bathroom wasn't as clean as I would expect, unfortunately.

"Great get away."

Great hotel. The bed was comfy. The room clean!! The staff was amazing. The only thing I would change was the dates we stayed. We knew it was the end of School vacation week but we did not know there was a hockey tournament going on as well so the pool was extremely crowded both indoor and outdoor and there were kids throwing a football around just you know being teenagers but that’s not the hotel’s fault. overall we had a great experience. And the food and staff At the restaurant where top-notch

"Dirty sheets and dirty pool"

Stayed here for local attractions. Started off at the pools which were nice but water seemed very dirty, to the point where we didn’t swim. After taking the kids to a local attraction, went to put out kids for o bed and found the sheets dirty….makeup stains and even a dirty sock in the “made bed:” Spoke with the front desk in the morning about the issues and they seemed not to care as all.

We liked the location and the comfort level of the bed.

Our room smelled really bad when we arrived. We sprayed room deoderizer that I happened to have in my travel bag. There also was hair left in several places in the bathroom
