"Will never give this property another cent of my money"

The breakfast is decent.

The staff, they are not pet friendly they charge a pet fee for each day and for each pet you have and plus your own deposit.

My room was not cleaned by the staff even after my verbal request. I saw them cleaning other rooms and made a verbal request right in front of my room. 4days after check out, i am yet to receive my deposit money back. Secondly, i was told my deposit will be refunded at least 48 hours after my check out. It is 4 days today and i was told that the staff who gave me the info was lying to me. Please refund my money

I think the price is lower than other hotels in the area . However I realized that you get what you paid for

The hotel did not provide hair dryer , when I asked for one they gave us the broken one . When i had a problem like the toilette not working , I called the front desk , and told her the toilet not working , not flush . She said she understood I said the toilette but she not understand what happened to it . I told her it is not working , still she said “ sorry man , I do not understand it . Then I have to tell her that ok when you go to toilette to poop and pee . What do you you do next ? She paused , maybe she did not know what to do next , yuck . Then I told her that you have to flush , right ? This toilette not flush . She said the maintenance guy is not there now . You have to wait until the morning . It took 6-10 Minutes for the front desk lady understood not working is and not flushing is . This is horrible experience when I have to describes to her a full pictures like going to the toilet to poop and pee and questioned her back what should she do after this , so she can understand the meaning of not working is
