El ascensor estaba dañado, había q subir y bajar el equipaje por escaleras muy angostas y no se vio ningún interés en arreglar ni la situación ni el ascensor. El desayuno deja bastante que desear, dejan ingresar personas ajenas al hotel y se llevan toda la comida de los huéspedes.

It was ok, except the room smelled like mold n you can see from the ceilings, the mini fridge was not new, they didn’t do a good job remodeling it that’s for sure, other than that it was straight, staff was lovely, the hotel was quiet, no traffic, it’s not bad

From the moment I arrived, until I departed 3 nights later, I do have any positive things to say about this hotel. The attendants at the front desk did not exhibit one ounce of hospitality. The elevator was broken, and they initially gave me a room on the second floor. When I walked in, it smelled like urine so bad that I had to hold my breath to prevent vomiting. I was re-assigned after alerted them to the third floor. The entry door did not close unless you forcibly closed it. The bathroom had rust in multiple spots. The bathtub looked filthy with dirt stains. The window to the room was cracked and had a weird stain/residue on it. The white paint in the room near the bathroom also needed to be re-painted. I came to Houston for a short time to see family, and did not want to go through the hassle of re-booking. This was my birthday trip celebration and I did not want to tarnish it any further dealing with cancellation fees, etc. I would NOT recommend staying here.

The room I chose was not what was advertised room advertised said king suite with 3 king beds, a tea and coffee maker, mini bar, spa tub. There was one bed and one fold out couch bed, no tea or coffee maker, no mini bar, no spa tub. The room was filthy, roaches running up the walls in bathroom and behind tv, my card was charged 242$ and another 100$ for deposit before I was told they had no rooms available on 1st floor and their elevator was not working so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to a filthy room that was nothing that it was advertised to be there was a used syringe thrown down on sidewalk in front of entrance. I originally booked a room for 3 nights I only stayed 1 was told my deposit and 2 nights would be refunded to mý account I have yet to receive any of it back I can't seem to get the manager or supervisor to awnser my call nor return my call!!! I had to rent a room at another hotel for 2 nights, a 10x nicer hotel with a pool in a much better area for less than I paid at this one!!! Very very unsatisfied

The bed was the best out this whole experience

I didn’t like that I couldn’t talk with their manager about the complications I’ve had and wanted to get compensated in some way for it
