Baymont by Wyndham Houston Brookhollow

I'm introducing this hotel, which is the worst of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The elevator is broken(they are not planning to fix it at all), the ice machine only works on the 3rd floor, the fire alarm was intentionally removed, there's mold in the bathtub, stains on bed and chair.... Too many things are not working properly, and most of all, the front desk staff is so arrogant, and they return my deposit 8 days after I checked out.... This hotel is the worst of the worst, so everyone should avoid this hotel at all costs.

The pest control people came sprayed while guest where up in lobby strong odor dead roaches on floor when arrived in room no towels either

Broken elevator and ice machine. molds in bathroom , no fire alarm , blood stain on towels, stains on sofa and chairs and so many bad things I can not even mention. It was a total disaster.

Booked on a budget

Very unclean with cockroaches running in reception area and splattered outside and in doorways. Pointed out the reception manager on duty advised he can’t help that they come running in Located on motorway although close enough to main areas impossible to walk anywhere

Elevator was not working. I stayed 3 nights and room service was not provided even a single time even after requesting. Property is old and stains and spots are on the walls and doors. Bed sheets were clean though.

Extremely attendant staff, reasonable rates,very clean rooms and facilities,loving the beds... so comfortable.
