Loved the filthiness of the place. Junkies in front of the hotel. Used bandaid on bathroom floor that was not mine. AC not working, well , it s working but its heating not cooling and outside temp is 93. Never got my 40usd deposit back. Left room at 4AM because it was unbearable to stay there...

Bandaid on the bathroom floor. If you walk barefoot in the room, stuff sticks to your floor. Beding is stained. AC did not work. Hot as hell.

The guest service representative Ms. Bobbi accommodated us to the best of her ability and was the reason why I could say that she made it bearable to stay. All of the rooms need upgrading badly, all the way down to the bedding. It has MAJOR POTENTIAL but is the owner willing to do it?! I don’t think she does. I really believe that because she is in New Orleans that it’s okay to have a sub par boutique hotel with people working that you may or may not feel safe leaving valuables in your room as they mandate that you leave your room key at the front desk when you leave the facility in order to receive your deposit back. Again. Much potential to be a really nice boutique hotel tucked away far away from the noise or nightlife but close enough to walk.

Having to leave my hotel key at the front desk if I were to leave the property. I’m not a child. It’s a form of control and the owners unwillingness to UPGRADE HER BOUTIQUE HOTEL to modern times. The rooms need upgrading with everything!! The owner treats her property like it’s a homeless shelter but you have to pay for it. The carpet needs upgrading. The doors on the rooms should be real room doors not a door with no real door handle and deadbolts as the lock. The only way my daughter would sleep in the bed was if I DOUBLED THE SHEETS and turned the comforter on the other side because of the stains, burn holes and uncleanliness of the one that was on the bed.

this hotel should be closed. everything about this gave run away vibes. i did not sit or sleep there. there were holes in the bedding, large baseball sized holes. also in wall. stains on everything. chair looked like "sit at your own risk". brown water. no working tv. super mini fridge on floor, not working. do not book under any circumstances.

Location was very close to the French Quarter but just far enough away that I felt like I was in another planet.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. The rooms had beds, running water, and a small functional a/c unit. Nothing really else to say about that.

The location was ok but doesn't balance out with the poor quality of cleanliness

This place has bed bugs. Horrible stay. Had to toss many personal belongings after being in their property and found a beg bug crawling on me in my room.

Nasty, hotel. $40 deposit. That you end up forfeiting if you do not turn your key in every time you walk out the front door or if you have a visitor in your room can't no one come to your room to visit you or sit down and have a conversation. The owner Ms Brooks I spoke to on the day of my check out she was not concerned about her yes or how the guest felt about the policy. She really was not concerned about the guest comments or concerned either. I would not advise anyone to stay at this motel hotel any more. I'm very surprised that booking.com would have such horrible motels on their site. Booking.com should be ashamed of their sales for having such a motel on their site. Very dirty nasty Motel the People The Faculty what was coming and going in and out the motel. As well as talking to miss books when I had mentioned to her that she was penalizing her guests because of the criteria guess that she has had in her hotel in the past is causing her to treat good decent guess like crap I also explained to her it is not my fault because the type of gas you have allowed into your Motel and it's not fair that new guests coming in of some quality cannot be comfortable because we can't have visitors we have to turn our key in every time we walk out the door to go to the corner to go to the store to go anywhere. I also let her know that employees are speaking on people with sticky fingers that's the reason why they want the key is when we leave people go in your room and go through your items and mess with your stuff again Ms Brooks did not have a care or concern about the guest in her Motel her care and concern was about the dollar bill and F off the customers.
