It was a 20 minute walk from bourbon street and the main areas.

Dirtiest, and ugliest place I've ever stayed. Local meth heads washing their butts on the side walk, pictures speak for the room

So I knew that for the price I paid I couldn't expect much, but the level of a neglect, and careless is in another level. For me if you offer a clean bathroom and good sheets of bed is fine. In this hotel you didn't even have a decent shower liner and hooks. The shower liner was old and dirty, the bed sheets where poor quality. I do have to admit I knew it wasn't gonna be a perfect hotel. In a positive note staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel has a great location and the neighborhood is safe.

The bathroom with a little bit of investment in new curtains and more details in cleaning could be better.

Location is good

There is a checkout time of 11am with ZERO grace period. They would not give me back my $40 deposit which they said was for damages even though I was at the front desk by 11:45am. Terrible customer service. Also, the room smells like smoke despite the fact that they claim the rooms are non-smoking. You get what you pay for. Don't expect much.

These reviews are ridiculous. No, if you're looking for a 5 star hotel with room service, this ain't it. My kid and I were in town for the Swift concert, and the options were either $800+ a night in town, or having to get a room an hour out of town. This hotel was in the best spot we could ask for, and in budget. It's laid back, maybe a couple crackheads wandering around outside...but that's just South Louisiana for ya. Front desk guy with painted nails was chill af too.

NGL....we did bring our own sheets and blankets, mostly bc of these reviews. And while I'm glad we did, bc they are just more comfortable, we literally saw the housekeeping guy throwing every one's sheets AND top blankets in the wash downstairs. Which was the main reason we brought ours, but it really wasn't needed. The floors need to be swept but we also brought house shoes for that reason too. Still couldn't beat the pros vs the few cons.

absolutely disgusting place, no one came to clean the room the whole time i was there and I asked to be clean many times Freezer does not work, sheets absolutely nasty and sticky The staff was trying to do their job but ended up doing a terrible job! I do NOT recommend this place The bathroom was absolutely nasty and dirty

Everything everything just old, the AC Does not work and not even the freezer They didn’t even changed the sheets while i was there
