Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Lewisville

The room has bed bugs. The ac leaked flooding room daily, countertop didn't work, fridge leaked nasty black stuff and froze everything to the point soda cans exploded. My 2 dogs ended up sick with hook worms to were I had to have them on IV fluids and meds because no one cleaned up after their dogs. Meth dealer outside door dealing to everyone along with smoking it with staff.

We didn’t have any problems while there, however, the place isn’t clean, There were areas in the room that was coming apart. Did see a few roaches. They don’t clean very often and the refrigerator was filthy. Some of the people that stay, there are a little questionable and the man at the front desk assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. They should actually charge a lot less because there are better places for around the same price.

So dirty and old

I booked online and arrived 10 minutes latter to not get a room bc office refused to open and closes at 9 had to get a cash room elsewhere following day refund to refund

No ones bothers you if you dont bother them. Everyone looks out for each other. Everyone going threw the same thing here.

Terrible

People were fighting and it was a horrible experience! Our water froze and we wanted a shower and a comfortable sleep and there was screaming and violence in the room next to us and up and down the hallways. We tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t let me they never answer their phone what a loss of money and horrible experience

In the room i got had no blanket. Only a sheet. The remote didnt work so the tv was on all night and couldnt change the channel. Also the shower was dirty.

If you are coming as a family please don’t I beg of you. This hotel is right near a rehabilitation center and all of them come to this hotel. It’s unsafe and walkers roam the hotel thank goodness the staff let me see it first, sometimes cheaper isn’t best and I learned that quick!
