Roaches room was dirty took 4 days to get it cleaned. They did exterminate but do many roaches it did not kill them.

Before making a reservation, I double checked if I could process late check in after midnight due to flight late arrival. They said someone will come down to check in as long as I give them a call once arrived. However, no one was at the front desk and no one picked up the phone for 10 times once I arrived. So I had to go back to airport and had a terrible situation for not sleeping at all. When I called back for finding out a reason on next day, the rep simply said it was fully booked due to extended stay from current guest. If so, they should reach me via email or text message. It still does not make sense to me even I booked thru third party.

The hotel is very nasty and on sanitized. The elevators is very unsatisfy. When you walk into the lobby, they treat you with hospitality. But when you get to the room, it did not look like what the strive on the picture and also the elevators are very nasty and tow

I do not like anything about that hotel
