The staff were brilliant and the location of the hotel is amazing with a brilliant view! Had a wonderful time.

Too high up, too many steps, easy to get lost. The room was dark, not enough mirrors.

Back to it's former standards, the team offers great service! Restaurant is OK, but no longer close to Michelin level.

Great hotel with a big nice breakfast in the morning, brought to room at no extra charge. The private jacuzzi was nice but would recommend getting the one with the view rather than enclosed courtyard, not much privacy from neighbours. Staff were exceptionally helpful and rang up whoever we needed to sort things out for next day (boat trips, car rental, etc). Really enjoyed our stay!

Nota 10 ao atendimento. Fizeram com que nos sentíssemos em casa. Hotel confortável e charmoso. Quarto bem cuidado, porém simples e chuveiro pode nao esquentar muito bem (chave de luz cai...) Mas comunicamos e recepçao e prontamente solucionaram o problema (sugiro que isso seja explicado ANTES ao hóspede). Um detalhe: não havia telefone em nosso quarto. Para contato com recepçao, apenas indo pessoalmente... Importante: a chegada ao hotel é uma simpática subida (escadas e rampas tipicamente gregas). O acesso aos quartos também por escadas e rampas. Se você tiver algum problema físico que impeça caminhadas... prefira outro hotel. Caso contrário... desfrute de todo o charme e atendimento VIP que o hotel proporciona.

Lo staff da il massimo per accontentare gli ospiti. Tuttavia, la struttura non è un cinque stelle, le camere sono molto umide e la vasca idromassaggio funzionava male.
