Homewood Suites by Hilton Mahwah

The property was nice.

A bug (slow moving roach) was in the bathroom. I was able to take a picture. Husband took care of “it”.

The place was pretty clean and the staff were obliging.

We were in the 1st floor and could hear the roof creaking when people in the second floor were walking around. The air conditioner was very noisy and irritating.

Location, amenities and very courteous staff.

I will bring my own pillows next time.I will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton Mahwah, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained suites that truly make you feel at home. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its outstanding staff. Every team member was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. I would like to especially mention about Ms Monica Brosius. I found her to be helpful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued. Thanks for making my stay a memorable one. I will certainly recommend a stay here at Homewood suites, Mahwah.

Good stay overall. It met all expectations, with well-maintained amenities, friendly staff, and a very pleasant experience throughout. A special mention to Front Desk Manager Monica Brosius for her excellent hospitality and prompt resolution of queries in a timely manner, which made my stay even better. She is definitely a valuable asset to the management there.

I love the hospitality. I met a very friendly lady her name is Monica Brosius. .our rooms stay clean.everything good.checking in was good.Relaxing and peaceful.walking into the room felt like home.the atmosphere is tranquil outside.the fact that it’s pet friendly was so Awesome.

To start, the staff is always on hand to help whenever needed. From the manager on down to the maintenance. On weekends Miss Monica is there to assist with all your needs. She does it with a genuine smile & goes above & beyond to make my stays feel like its a home away from home experience. Location is great if looking for peace & quiet but still be able to get to restaurants & stores nearby. Easy access to the highway. Walking distance to a Quick check, D&D, Pizza, etc... also beautiful scenery & deer along the way. Rooms are clean & spacious. Kitchen is equipped with all essential necessities to cook. The free breakfast has different options & kitchen staff are there to replenish throughout the hours its being served. Also, one night a week a small "happy hour" I guess thats what you would call it, cheese & crackers along with a nice salad bar are offered. The pool was just redone this past May 2026 just in time to be opened for the Summer season. Pool is an outdoor in the center of the hotel. Depending what view you are looking for, you can request a room with a pool view or parking lot which has beautiful scenery all around. During the off season the price is an amazing value for the accommodations. Just like other hotels prices got up during peak season. I have been to other hotels in the area & Homewood is the best of the best. Its a great hotel for families or business trips.

Everybody is very friendly, Staff are professional and its clean. Monica Brosius in particular quickly remembered my whole family and would make sure we were well taken care of. Rooms are big as well
