Convenient location, friendly staff, clean, beds were comfortable. Not enough insulation between rooms Could hear the next door TV and persons walking in room above so bring ear plugs.

Elevators were not working and no discount was offered due to inconvenience. Had to carry heavy luggage up to 3rd floor with a hurt shoulder. I understand things happens and equipment breaks, but a discount should have been provided.

Staff was excellent. However, the bedspread smelled stale. Holiday Inn needs to think about changing it’s detergent brand and have something with more deodorant or fragrance.
