The woman that helped us check in was wonderful the man who answered the phone and gave me the wrong rate by $150 more was not great. The sheets had a stain on them. Room was average.

We were in the Richmond area last weekend for a Baby Shower for our Son and Daughter in law. We secured 2 rooms for two nights and be room for one night. We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to the venue. I spoke to several team members prior to our stay and everyone was helpful. When we arrived William Ludwick checked us in and he provided 10 Gold Stars of Excellent Customer Service. He is a fine asset to The Marriott Team. He along with Brandy took care of us over the weekend! Two of our rooms were connected the other one next door all on same floorit was all perfect👍👏🌟
