Needed a walk in shower and closer access to the elevator

Nice hotel in the Richmond area. The bar is great and there are many restaurant options nearby if you don’t want to eat on the hotel.

A/C not working

I had a wonderful stay at this Marriott! The manager, Jewel, was absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and incredibly understanding. Traveling with my autistic son can sometimes be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and up to standard, and the entire experience was peaceful and accommodating. I truly appreciated the warmth and attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for making our visit such a positive one!

Very clean and comfortable beds.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean the parking lot is like a trash can litter everywhere once inside all is good. The M Club attendant Norma E is always the highlight of my visit. She is a solid human who is always smiling and it is genuine.

The staff was friendly the hotel was clean. Our room was a little dusty, the bathroom sink had a crack in it, the toilet tank cover did not fit properly , and the bed was so hard my back ached the next day. It was convient to shopping and restaurants. Im glad I only stayed for one night.
