Nothing now my family come every year and the staff makes it not worth coming back always no pool I’m

I come Herr all the time but this stay was different the employees stole money from a lot of people bank account

They put me in a handicapped room that if you ask me if i was a handicapped person i would not have been happy

The breakfast was good A good variety

We paid for a party of five and only got one bed

I booked 2 rooms for me and my cousin for a family vacation, everything was perfect until after check out and we went to have some breakfast since the complementary breakfast at the hotel is very bad, my cousin saw 2 more charges, after the regular reservation payment plus a cleaning fee. which is returned after check out. I called immediately to ask about this error and the response was because they needed to pick up some cans or trash from the pool. It's a cleaner rate. It is an abuse just to pick up some cans, I told them that I took care of my garbage but they said that other people who were close to us left garbage and that they were with us. This is incorrect is that the pool is very small, all the people are closer to each other and we cannot take care of other people. I am responsible only for my room and the people in my room, not the other people. I asked them if they had evidence, such as photos or videos, to prove that we left the trash. They said no, we just walked and picked them up, so I asked the other people if they did it and I told them who left the trash and they wouldn't charge me. How can we do that if we didn't know all the people who were at the pool, it‘s crazy, this is abuse and discrimination. I hope the charged amount after the other cleaning fee is returned as soon as possible.

Very accommodating & friendly staff, they made it feel safe and at home. Clean facilities. Overall, it was a great little place for the cost.

The bathroom sink didn't drain very well, and there were six of us brushing our teeth so 😬 but I just grabbed tp and wiped it out, no biggie. Last hotel up the road we stayed at a few months back did it too, so I figured maybe something else bigger than the owners🤷‍♀️

I like the convenience of the space in a suite and the equipped kitchen to use as needed.

There was a communication problem getting fresh towels. I had to go get towels every time. No one brought clean towels to the room during my 4 night stay.

Easy to get into.

Shower curtains were too small.Water got everywhere toilet was too short for taller people.

This is probably the most poorly maintained TownePlace Suites location I've stayed. There were pillbugs crawling on my floors, the shower rod was sagging so badly that the curtain wouldn't stay put. That's probably why the moisture issue and the pillbugs. There was no soap for the bathroom sink so I had to keep going for the wall mounted body wash in the shower. The bed was hard as a brick and the pillows were mush. They short sheeted the bed so I couldn't get the covers up to my shoulders until I pulled them out from the foot of the bed. There was missing trim pieces on the dining table leaving exposed nails and framing. The carpet has seen better days. Tiny little TV. Not terrible but not what I'm used to from this chain.
