The entire hotel was very dirty and grungy, from the lobby having scuffed paint and broken features, to the elevator being very gross, to the hallways reeking of smoking and weed, to our room. The room had very obviously not been vacuumed, the toilet had.. smear marks inside of it, there was pubic hair on the floor and in the shower, there was dirt and small feathers on the floor.. and to top it off, the hot water didn't work. There was also a giant bag of dumped trash by the ice machine in the hall, containing used men's underwear and rotted meat? I told the front desk, and they did move us to a new room. It was slightly more clean but it had a very strong mold smell and the hot water there also didn't work, even after running the water for 10 minutes. I talked to the front desk again, they said 'you just have to wait a few minutes for the hot water'. I asked for an extra comforter, since we don't want to use the heater due to a mold smell coming out of it, and she said they don't have extra blankets.. I also asked if they had any cleaning supplies I could use to clean the room myself, and after looking in the back for several minutes she said 'they didn't have any'. That definitely made sense. That night I booked another hotel for the rest of our stay. The next morning I talked to the manager, who did very quickly and politely give me a full refund, including for the night we stayed. He said 'I'm not going to hold you hostage here', which was great, because it sort of felt that way considering the conditions.

Close to everything and all locations I had to go to on the trip

My DoorDash delivery got stolen from in front of my door, when I asked the staff to review the cameras they said they couldn’t until the manger got back but they never did. There was a man hiding by the ice machine on the 6th floor late nights that stand there for hours.

Location. Bed was ok, very nice people working there.

The whole 6th floor smelled of pot every night of the 3 nights, and the water did not get very hot. Just barely warm.

Alex did a great job checking us in & making sure we had everything we needed. They were friendly, kind, and patient with us. Additionally the hotel room was clean & comfortable.

The bathroom was extremely dirty. The bathtub was dirty too.
