The rooms smelled bad, I switched my room twice and both time the room a distasteful smell lingering on the carpet. The ice machines didn’t work on any floor expect one. The hospitality was horrible. I ordered towels to the room and was told I had to come to the front desk to get them. In the early morning it was sounds of kids running up and down the hall way an crying loudly

That it was cheap

That my room smelt like piss.

The staff was nice.

Dirty. My entire floor and my room smelled musky and damp. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair. The breakfast was quite bad, in fact it nauseated me after I ate it. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with crime.

Location was good, price was reasonable.

There were no dark curtains to cover completely the window and being on the ground level that was a major concern. Anyone will see in from outside. Room didn't have towels, I went down to the front desk and it took them 3 hrs, plus a reminder to get me the towels. No fridge in the room. Items in the breakfast menu were overcooked, no juice...no one around to restock or help.

Nice location

The AC wasn’t working, so they had to change our room. It took us about 20 minutes until a someone showed up at the front desk to talk to us, when we asked to change rooms. Breakfast was poor and staff wasn’t wearing uniforms, they we were wearing socks and flip flops! The same guy who was at the front desk when we checked in was the guy responsible for the breakfast, no uniform, and flip flops.

Very bad bed bugs in rooms

No hot water bed bugs they moved us 3 times
