good location friendly staff and the room was clean. good view of the city from my room as well. strong air conditioning as well

the elevator smelled like weed, the 2nd and 6th floor smelled like weed, the room smelled fine though. the breakfast was fine and most other things were fine, it was just an unpleasant smell.

The water wasn’t hot, the breakfast was very limited. Overall for the price people pay, and upgrade should be done.

The staff here went ABOVE and BEYOND to make my stay the absolute best! Bree that works the front desk was absolutely amazing from the moment my brother and I walked in. We had a very long day at the airport with our flights getting delayed trying to get to NewYork and we were exhausted! Bree went above and beyond to make us comfortable and she truly cared not just about her duties, and the facility but us! We ended up staying almost three days due to our flights getting cancelled and we were under a tremendous amount of stress due to our traveling being due to our mother being involved in a house fire and in critical condition later on a few days passing away due to her injuries. We had no luggage nothing. Bree and other staff went out of there way to make us feel at home and even went as far as offering to get us clothing. I witnessed Bree stand up for the business in more ways than one and the manger (possible owner not sure) also helped so much by understanding our circumstances and holding our room in such a time of need not knowing if we would get a flight or not. I cannot say enough about the amazing hospitality this hotel extended to us ! I would give 20 stars if I could! Any time I am in Atlanta I will be booking here for my stay.

Very clean. Very close to downtown. Plenty of parking.

Cold shower for the first two days, but then it was hot for the third day. The breakfast was late on the second day so I couldn’t get it. Wi-Fi was also a little spotty. The bed was also slightly uncomfortable.

there was someone’s hair all over the bathroom door/wall, the shower had an unbearably loud squeak when it was on, the elevator was painfully slow and the staff messed up my booking

Room was very cold. The heat button on the air control unit only blew out cold air. There was also no hot water.

The location was good. I left before breakfast. It was quiet.

The air system was loose, it gave me a scare. The tub didn't look totally clean. The room curtains was coming down a bit.
