"It was just an overnight stay for a party happening at the hotel, so it was generally good."

Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast - so no unpleasant surprises.

The mattress was wobbly, so not the most comfortable.

Booking.com did not clearly state that there was paid parking charges at the property. Staff informed me that if you actually book directly with the hotel that parking if free.

Really lovely hotel and great value for money Room was so clean and decor really nice Bed was so comfy

The only thing I could criticise is the parking and you have to pay an additional charge to park there Unfortunately this time I had to park off site quite far down another road and there was a private party on so the noise from the guests/party did wake me up a few times

"Always enjoy staying at The Prince Regent, good value."

Good value for money and I was given an upgrade. One member of your team really stood out and helped me beyond what he normally would. His name was Jack and he was working in the bar area. I couldnt get the Uber up on my phone so he booked it for me on his which helped me out so much. Also Bernadette and Doreen in breakfast were superb.

The room was close to central heating generator so at 5am I was woken up every morning.
