The grounds were good, our room was clean and tidy

The breakfast bowls were not available, had to use mugs for juice. Otherwise there was choice to eat.

Room was a good size

Noisy weddings and no advance warning when we booked. We were there for a funeral so would have chosen somewhere else if advised

Our room was leaking water into the restaurant but the staff accommodated us quickly by moving our things after we packed them up to another room that was larger and nicer.

If the first room didn’t leak but like I said it was accommodated quickly and into a better room
