Room was Warm & clean

Shower flooded Bathroom floor , noisy staff outside room door, felt ackward walking past bridal parties while taking photographs . Paying for parking as we did not book direct with hotel. Didnt like long walk to our room 303, taking 2 lifts .

Great location for our needs. Hotel and room were clean. Beds comfortable. Staff very helpful.

We happened to stay at (we did not know this) the Best London Hotel for Weddings, and as it is Wedding Season, there were 2x wedding receptions happening during our stay. Busy hotel and VERY busy (completely FULL) car-park, which is not ideal when you have paid for the privilege to park at the hotel.

"Poor"

Location was good and suited our needs.

We had an issue with our shower and it would not turn off. The staff failed to fix the issue or notify us that we should have been moved rooms. They did not leave a note or communicate at all that we should move. The shower was then unusable and when we asked to speak to management they said they would call us but we have not heard anything since checking out.
