"Very pleasant and comfortable within easy reach of several places of interest, which we visited."

The room and especially the big bed. All meals were very good and the staff were very polite and provided a good customer service.

The background music in the restaurant could have a little less intrusive. We expected music that was a bit more up-market given the impressive surroundings, rather than what sounded like a continuous competition to reach the highest note!

Convenient location for our trip. The cooked breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly.

A bit dated and tired. Only one pillow on allocated per person. Sticky floor.

Our evening meal was poor. The batter on the fish was soft and the 5 chips were greasy and inadequate. Very poor quality.

The staff were excellent especially Liam in the restaurant and Richard on morning reception Food was very good Bar furniture very good

"Staff let hotel down one in particular was very rude to lots of residents not just us !"

Liked the hotel location but staff was very rude one person in particular needs to do a course on hospitality and how to seal to people !

Bed wasn’t comfortable had a do not disturb sign but still got knocked twice !
