"Perfect for our club AGM"

Had our club AGM here for the third year running. As usual, the Worcester suite was set up exactly as we instructed and thus perfect for our needs. The staff were all efficient and helpful. Highly recommend this venue for such events.

"Don’t bother! Swimming pool always Closed!! and hotel Full of loud screaming foreigners! And rude big guy on reception!"

Beautiful building from the outside

The swimming pool was closed for the whole week we stayed there!.. and this was the only reason we chose this hotel!.. The 3 rooms next to us was full of people running in and out of the rooms and shouting and kids screaming in the corridor and playing loud music till early hours in the morning!!! The big guy on reception was abrupt and not helpful or welcoming at all!! We were also considering it for a wedding venue but we will Never stay there again!!! Travelodge is 5 minutes away so just stay there guys cus that’s all you get at this hotel!

Nice swimming pool available for a small extra charge. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Very large bed (double room) and extra comfortable bedding. Everything perfectly clean.

Shower space very narrow with curtain. Sound of rainwater dripping onto the roof during the night (room 56) Decor in communal areas a little basic- would benefit from a refresh.

"Fantastic mini break"

Absolutely beautiful Afternoon Tea, set up by a roaring fire. Every item was delicious with a tasty variety of sandwiches, the best scones we have ever had, and lovely cakes and mini puds. The whole hotel stay was brilliant and the staff were helpful and friendly.

"Super location and setting - well priced "

5 stars for a hotel in lovely grounds with a fitness health club and all necessary facilities. The staff are excellent and I was also able to make use of the dog friendly facilities as well. Food and bar excellent - and all provided at very competitive prices.

"Lovely setting"

Seems a great location with all amenities available if required. Stay was short, so unable to comment further. Great stop off, certainly ticked all of the boxes for my needs.

Called the hotel directly to book, advised that no rooms were available, so I booked via booking.com who did have the availability, and were cheaper!

"Sunday carvery"

Had a really lovely carvery here. The food was and everything was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A very nice touch was a free glass of wine. Great value for money and I’ll definitely be back again!
