It was a clean room, like cooking my own food, the room was comfortable.
I will not stay here again. To much going on. People out all night. Noise all night. They will not clean your room even if u ask.
they do not provide room maid service so no clean towels in 5 days or garbage emptied only one roll of tolleit paper given then you must go out and buy your own we thought it was a regular hotel and they would not refund our deposit was dumpy
Too many drug users in the property. Terrible smell of weed. Room was dirty when I check in. I had to get Air Freshner from Walmart.
Room was not maintained. Furniture was broken and kitchen and bathrooms countertop has excess dietoration. Old bedding.
Upon check-in they had an elevator not working and they wanted to put us on the third floor with a disabled spouse. They have nothing else for us and we watch drug users trafficking on the first and second floor. Drug trafficking right in front of us. And we stayed at Comfort Suites across the way because they refused to give us accommodations for disabled person. 11 p.m. that night we were observing this hotel from across the street at Comfort Suites and saw 11 Gulfport PD do a raid at that hotel and Arrested drug traffickers. Matter of fact I videotaped it on my phone. The office manager named James refused to give us a refund of the $65 at that hotel we did not stay at that hotel.

The service was horrible they wouldn’t give extra towels no room service you had to wash your towels an bedding look like crackheads walking at all time of the night dirty sticky floors an rooms stunk horrible
Terrible. They had rats and they didn’t come to get clean linen at all.
I could not check-in because they have stupid hours and close the office at 10:00 pm. They are located in a resort area and the majority of the hotels have 24 hour check-in. Hotel web site did not mention the early office closings. They close at 9:oo pm on weekdays. If you are traveling and make a reservation you better make sure you arrive early. They also charge you a no show.
