The room was filthy & the floor had not been mopped hence the pic I posted from walking barefoot from the bathroom to the bed 2 or 3 times! I was not aware until check-in we could not get extra pillows that I needed for my back which caused me to wake up the next morning in pain! You have to wash your own towels which we did not have time to do! Will never stay here again!

NO POTS AND PANS. ONLY 1 ROLL OF TOILET PAPER AND 1 TRASH BAG. ROOM WAS DIRTY WHEN WE ARRIVED. IT HAD TO BE CLEANED AGAIN. FRONT DESK WAS PLEASANT.
Where do i start, well when we got there the door was locked and we heard people in the office laughing and looking between the curtains, about 5 minutes later a lady opened up the door and started to help customers and about 15 minutes we were helped, we were booked 2 months ago for a queen size bed but was told they could not give us one for there were only full size beds, so we were told to inspect our room and found the full size bed but the bottom of the bed wad wire legs that if you sat on it it it sqeeked and i was totally not pleased with the room so we went back and said we wanted a queen bed without the metal but she said that was all they had and it was memorial day weekend and my daughter graduated so we took the room for the same price as a queen but got a full, NOT HAPPY at all!! well we went to our rooms and there were drunks all over the parking lot and as for the rules about the noise there was no one in the office after our as per their rules. So from the noise of the people and bed and the loud ac unit, i really did not get any sleep and when we got up to check out, the office did not open until 10 and we needed to be at graduation at 9, we went to the office at 8, well we gave our key to a worker there and left so i hope we do not get a 10 dollar lost key fee but as our luck we probably will. I have traveled all over this world and this place is the worst in customer service and i feel we should not pay but we did stay in a very bad room and hotel.

Disgusting. Holes in wall. Holes in bedding. No soap of any sorts. Door difficulty with locking.
I was in a non-smoking room that was infested with cigarette smoke.

What I like is the clerk was professional at xheck in and extended 1 day stay. Privacy great, no room service during stay and hot water availability was excellent. At checkin there is a check list. 1 towel and washcloth per person for duration of stay. One roll of toilet paper. Overall ckeanliness is deceving. I used chlorax scrubs to ckean tge floor. I couldn't ckean the carpet. Cigarette smoke smell is overwhelming despite burning fragrant candles every night. The 2 drawer dresser had one drwawer missing. The towel bar was mussing in the bathroom. The fridge had three shelves broken. The lost of rukes dies nit include men cannit be on property outside without a shirt on. Yes, I was told to go put a shirt on when I was taking out the trash which guests must do and provide their own trash bags. A lot of restrictions that reflect poorly on management.
the only thing I liked about the property was the 1.25 20oz soft drinks.
