I get to the office to check in, they over booked my room and had the nerve to tell me they didnt hace any more rooms available. I drove 1 hour away from home with my small children for a softball tournament and that's the last thing i wanted to hear.
It really wasn't as nice as the pictures and only one towel
The property has none smoking rooms, but all the ventilation is connected so smoke from other rooms comes into the nonsmoking rooms. It was bad enough to set off my rooms smoke alarm.
It was short and sweet. Slept wonderfull better covers and air conditioning.

Kind of noisy but overall comfortable. Had to request a shower curtain and had to demand the room to be cleaned
I asked for a smoking room bottom floor with my service dog..I was given nonsmokers room.had to pay someone to keep my dog because they wouldn't allow her.I booked online and was charged 243.. They only charge 208 when you walk in off street..wasn't given discount for freezing outside to smoke a cigarette..customer service was crappy

There is nothing I liked about this property! The floor was so filthy my socks were black in 1 night!! The shower barely had any pressure! I guess the on thing that was good was the air! They do not provide any maid service, no coffee maker, no breakfast! So as you can see there are no good!!
Not exactly what i expected!Did not realize that bed linens were not changed but on Tuesday, nothing in cooking or eating utensils,etc.
