InTown Suites Extended Stay Gulfport MS

Would not recommend to anyone, and very disappointed that Hotels.com represents this hotel. When they hand you a guest checklist to go check out the room before you can fully check in (while you have to leave your ID with them) not a good sign. The checklist asked you to check the following: if it has toilet paper, clean towels, the AC is working properly and if it is clean enough. The room was filthy and had roaches crawling around. Needless to say, we could not stay there. However, even under those conditions the hotel would not refund our money. When we mentioned the roaches, the desk clerk did not even blink or question us. Sadly, we got on the phone with Hotels.com immediately, while we were still in the room, but all they could tell us was that the hotel refused to refund us, and they offered a minimal voucher to go somewhere else.

Panel on bathroom sink cabinet was broken didn't offer extra towels

The front desk was excellent,very respectful good on explaining things to the guests and very supporrive

A lot of extra curriculum activities going on here , not very clean or comfy looking ... at all . I’m a young female & it just didn’t feel safe for me to be there . The young man at front desk (Charles ) was very helpful .

This place is absolutely horrible and nothing like it is stated online. We booked a no smoking room and was told after we checked 2 different rooms that that was all that was available and nothing could be done and my money could not be refunded. We did not stay there because it was nasty and we felt unsafe!! Worse experience ever!!

Tub had stains, carpet had stains, iron was missing, bed was not soft

I like that the air work and they have full fridger. The hotel has a lot of rules, but dont seem to be enforced. They don't refund money after payment has been made. So clean up the area and rooms and then it mighr be better. I also had to bye se cover for the bed because I just didn't feel comfortable enough to sleep. On vacation and only received no more than six hours of sleep in two nights.

Cheap room, close to the airport.

There was nothing to like about it. The doors did not lock securely and the smell was so bad that it made both of my kids sick. There is a lot of shady people staying there since it is like an apartment. Do not recommend this place

Room was not up to part, they didn’t have a non smoking room available. Had to cancel the reservation after reviewing the room.
