Our intown visit was awful they had bed bugs biting my kids.
Thankfully they let us check out the room before we checked in. No sheets or blankets for beds, no towels, no TP. Room was disheveled.
Went to check in however no one was there. Waited but no one appeared to be working. I along with about six others waited for about 10-15 minutes. While waiting, two men almost got into a physical altercation. This only tells me that security in non-existent and this facility is unable to accommodate guest. Expedia should remove this place from their listing. I had to go to another hotel to stay for the night.

Had to check out few hrs after checking in, I dont feel safe sleeping in this hotel. Theres 2 side, the front side where the office is looks okay but at the back looks creepy and people staring at you and watching you. I dont trust people like that specially with my kids. Also bed sheets got cigarette holes, rooms smells cigarette which suppose to be a non smoking room. Not a good experience at all plus front office not 24/7. Employees are okay though. Wasnt able to take photos coz in a hurrh getting out of the place.

The room was dirty. The tub was so bad I would not even take a shower there. They are way over priced for what you get. Would not recommend this to anyone.
The front desk lady was very nice and polite only problem was there was only one housekeeper cleaning rooms. When we got to our room the bathroom was not clean the floor was not sweep or mop. I am a superviser at a hotel.. Was not pleased with my room plus guys where hanging out saying things that made me feel uncomfortable..End up checking out about 4 in the morning..

The bed was not very comfortable and housekeeping never came to change our sheets! But overall the staff was friendly and helpful but mostly maintenance came to our rescue during our duration of vacancy.
