This was the worst, most digusting place I've ever stayed. The check in process was just as bad.
This hotel, InTown Suites Gulfport, should be eliminated from any association with Expedia. The office was a converted hotel room with limited staff and hours of service to the guests. When I returned to the motel late in the evening the office was closed and upon entering the room I discovered I had no towels or washcloths with which to bathe. I must honestly admit to you that after looking around at some of the guests, I thought that I was in a "low rent landlord flop house". I was not comfortable at all and the staff did little to encourage their guests. The next morning when I went to check out, the office was closed until 10:00 a.m. There was a note on the door to call the security guard which I did. I spoke with the security guard, whose name was Mike, to advise him that there were no towels in the room. He indicated that he would make a note of this. My prior experiences with Expedia led me to believe that I could trust your recommendations. I have used Expedia numerous times but I recommend that the InTown Suites be deleted from your listing inasmuch as it does not meet the standards of Expedia that I have previously experienced.
Room key failed two days in a row. No one in the office until 10 am, but on-call person opened the door. After office opened, three people worked to reprogram the key. It finally worked - until the next day, when the key failed again. Housekeeping service is provided only once per week! One small, thin bath towel and one washcloth provided per person. Low water pressure and volume. No breakfast. LOUD music every morning 5:00-6:30 am. Sounded like 100000 watt auto audio system with deep bass reverb. Staff were friendly, polite and did their best to be helpful. Hope they all can find jobs in a better hotel
