InTown Suites Extended Stay Gulfport MS

That's the only way to describe this hotel. Aweful. Thankfully she asked us to go look at the room first. We walked right out. I am not a picky person but if I walk in and don't want to touch anything for fear of catching something....something is wrong.

Police, ambulances. Drug infested. Drunks and low life. Did not feel safe at all. Very shady people. There were no towels in the room. When I called the front desk about it he said this is not a typical hotel. You need to purchase towels at the store. The mattress was old and dirty. NEVER AGAIN. Beware, this place is bad news.

Looks like a strip of junkies up there. It was bad. We ended up staying at another hotel conditions

Just rude, and unprofessional staff

The staff never cleaned our room. The staff overall was just rude. Had roaches in the room complain about it and nothing happened. A lot of activities going on that had the police over there constantly. Just horrible overall

it was amazing and truly wonderful best experience ever for me

For the price it was a good hotel. Had your basic things. Icebox and stove and microwave as well.

Nasty, actually booked the room, we thought everything was sold out in town but found a different place. Would rather sleep in a car than this place.

I stated 7 days here for work not one time did any staff come to see if I needed anything .we arrived the front desk was friendly actually sked if I wanted to see the room fisrst which was nice the room looked very clean and nice.i got in the room to find one towel and wash cloth for 2 people called the office asked for more towels never got them I had to go and buy towels and wash clothes could not find a trash dpster to take trash out I had to buy toilet tissue because there was a half a roll in the bathroom which I say is unsanitary I don't know who had their hands on that roll.go to front desk and I look like a hangout for local bums almost had to push my way the room ough the crowd to get in the office.this is unacceptable to me and I will probably never stay at any In Town Suites again no matter where it is they need older people who appreciate havinga job and enjoy working they have no refund policy so people don't book it and be stuck like me spend a little more and stay in a nicer place the city is very nice place to stay in.

I booked a non-smoking room. I was provided with a smoking room that they stated was a non-smoking room. All of my personal belongings smelled like smoke even though I don't smoke. The bed was hard, the pillows were hard, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom floor was wet. When I entered the room all of the lights were on and the television was on. The sheets looked like they were slept in and there was one towel and one face cloth, no soap for washing hands so I used the complimentary shampoo for washing my hands. No clerk in the office when I arrived even though office hours indicated that someone should have been there.
