The quick check-in was awesome!

The Jacuzzi wasn't very clean, there was dust on the dresser and tv about a half inch thick. The 3rd shift employee was not a very good CSR. She rolled her eyes at my son and I several times after we woke her up!! Then there was the cost of the room. Long story short I paid an extra 250.00 because one room slipped through the cracks and I had to fix it with the hotel so they charged me more

"It was pretty bad.."

The location was good for where we were going the next morning.

Absolutely horrible service. Went to check in to our room at 5:30pm and was told it wasn't clean. When we finally did check in the key card was tossed to me without any other words spoken. Got up to room, there was tons of hair in the shower and the bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned. There were no pillows or blankets for the pullout couch. Went down to the desk to ask for those and the girl told us there were no pillows. I told her someone was sleeping on the pullout couch and we needed bedding and pillows and she shrugged and said nothing else. It was a pretty bad experience and I had thought I'd be offered a percentage off our stay for the poor service or something and I was offered nothing other than the room NOT being ready over 2 hours after check in time and NO pillow for my friend sleeping on the pullout couch.

Light fixtures didn't work and it looked like someone punched the bathroom door.

King suite arrangement was what we wanted. The front desk staff were kind.

The sofa bed was horrible. I could feel the metal under me, and the pillow was extremely huge and uncomfortable, especially since the mattress was so thin and weak. Very disappointed since sleep is what the hotel is in business for! Replace your sofa bed mattresses! The breakfast was cheap. Who wants yogurt from a machine? Just provide the cups of good yogurt!
