Hotel Healdsburg

The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable. The concierge suggested the perfect restaurants. The breakfast was convenient and very good to start our day.

Hotel Healdsburg is a lovely hotel. Well located within the town so you can walk to everything. We had a corner room that was quite spacious, well stocked with amenities, and a comfortable king bed. We appreciated the complimentary water (sparkling & flat), chips, and cookies. The vibe of the hotel is California cool, very comfortable and warm. Very friendly service from all staff but concierge Charmaine deserves a special shout-out. Charmaine is a rock star! She arranged a private winery tour for us at the last minute, and made excellent restaurant recommendations. Charmaine's service really enhanced our experience in Healdsburg. Don't hesitate to ask her for suggestions and advice.

Clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly but not as helpful or even aware when we had issue.

Two nights/early morning were noisy and very challenging to get a good rest. Septic spill on street not only contributed to chaos/noise but smell! The hotel did offer to move us but this was day before checking out. We had all of our belongings put not to mention so much wine from tasting room purchases. Thankfully, smell was gone by evening or we would have had to move. We explained to staff that a worker was hammering in middle of night but they said someone reported it was fixing a bike. That might have also happened but this was worker! Pounding w metal. I think pluming outside hotel that the front desk wasn't aware of. Today the city gardener was very active early. I realize this might just be our bad luck but room picked up outside sounds very clearly.

Beautiful hotel, modern and spacious with lots of light. Very comfortable room with balcony and expansive bathroom. Perfect location right at Healdsburg square, a block from SingleThread. Amazing!

The hotel is well situated for walking around the town of Healdsburg. The room was comfortable, but it was a little dark and industrial feeling. We sat by the pool, which is nice but nothing too special. There were a bunch of plates with food leftover and empy drink cups sitting there the whole time we were there. Nobody came by to ask if we needed anything. Supposedly, the pool is heated, but it felt really cold to me. There was a boy in the pool who was being loud and annoying, splashing the water, while his mom was on her phone the whole time. Luckily, they left, and then I was able to have a short nap! The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer, so overall it was a good, not amazing, experience.

Everything was above and beyond. Micah was so great in how he cared for us, went out of his way and anticipated our needs. So grateful.
