Days Inn by Wyndham Pottstown

Bed bugs. Did not end up stayin here. Received refund.

I didn't like when I arrived at 2:00 am in the morning I had to hand stuff through a glass my card information my license. I definitely feel like they treated people checking in like they're in prison where everything's guarded This is a hotel We pay good money to stay there and to get treated like we're in prison in check-in. I've been in many hotels in this one is the first I would never go there again guarantee that and then they charge a fee 50 dollars for smoking and I don't even smoke and then I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get it but money back. The way the hotel does breakfast they might as just consider not doing it It wasn't well money spent not for the price I paid for it absolutely.

Horrible stay. Dog barking all night in the room next door. When front desk was notified the lady said “what do you want me to do about it” bed was gross. Dirty with hair and crumbs all over it from previous use. Never again.

This property is old and should be replaced.

The room was clean and the sheets were clean. It was quiet after 10 PM. The lobby bathroom had a stall door removed, leaning up against another stall door making two of the three stalls unusable. The vending machines were almost empty with only two items remaining in the machines. The first floor ice maker was broken. The dryer was broken. The laundry area was very dirty and the outside garbage pails were overflowing with garbage when we arrived. For a Wyndam property it was TERRIBLE.

Most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Do not go here!! Drug dealers and homeless in parking lot, rooms are run down, plumbing was clogged. Would have been safer and cleaner staying in my vehicle. Check in was suppose to be quick and easy after pre-filling on line yet I waisted almost a half hour to get a room. I had to sleep with my clothes on that's how run down the place is. Took a shower in 2 ft of water which wouldn't drain. Glad I'm outta of there!!

People live there. It was dirty, old, falling apart. I could hear the family next door as if I was in the room with them. It was AWFUL.

The front desk staff were very respectful and easy to talk to and answered all of our questions regarding the area. The lobby and our room were very clean and having a 1st floor room was wonderful.
