Days Inn by Wyndham Pottstown

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff and management were incredibly polite. Despite the hotel being busy, our room was perfectly quiet and very comfortable for 4 people to sleep. Breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be returning for another visit!

Less exp place. Dated room. Room and bed clean.

Pulling up, the building seemed abandoned. Actually drove past it the first time because it didn't seem like an opporational area. Going to the room felt sketchy, the smell of Marijuana infiltrated the walkways. Biggest issue was someone else's hair was left in the shower, completely disgusting to know it wasn't cleaned thoroughly before staying.

Our room was very clean and bed comfy! Our TV didn't work, we called front desk and they came within minutes to fix it. Very pleasant and nice. The rooms have their own heater and air unit. We needed heat. Although it gave heat, it was soooo noisy when it ran. It ran appx every 25min or so, was like waking to an alarm clock, would run and then shut off. Didn't get much sleep. Had continental breakfast. The toast, was a 2 slice toaster, only cooked 1 side of the bread in both slots! When we mentioned it to the front desk, they said yes, we know, sorry about that. Too bad someone couldn't stop at Walmart and pick up a new one that worked!! We were there for the train ride in Boyertown. Thinking if we do the train ride again, we will certianly stay some where else.

It's a non-smoking building, but the room smelled like a bar. There was a cigarette burn mark on the toilet seat. The room was clean. The walls are thin though, so I could hear a super loud domestic dispute that went from at least 8pm (when I got there) to at least 2:30am (when I finally crashed). Then someone pounding on a door the next morning screaming at the person in the room. That's not fault of the facility, but I think these were people who live there full time, so it might be reoccurring.

It was the dirtiest room I have ever seen. The tub was dirty, the bathroom floor was dirty. There was a feces stain on the bathroom wall. It had not been vacuumed. There were cockroaches. Drug addicts sitting on the stairs smoking marijuana and arguing outside. The manager actually walked right by them and said nothing to them.
