Property was run down dirty. Leaky plumbing.

Tree service above me through parties almost every night at least 10 guys in a room sounded like they were jumping off the bed, flicking cigarette butts from the second floor to the sidewalk, and on one occasion urinating from the second floor balcony right beside my car

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this location. I was there for 7 days and did not receive regular cleaning service. I had to call the front desk in order to get fresh towels or fresh bedding. If I didn't call, I would have ended up with the same towels and bedding for my entire trip 😩. They never vacuumed the room, they never wiped down the surfaces in the room and bathroom. The air conditioner sounded like a dump truck barrelling down the highway. Very loud and annoying. The laundry area was out of order (and had been for some time). The quality of breakfast options left much to be desired. A few good things that I can say though is that the hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes away from a few shopping areas and some of the hotel's front desk staff were nice and there is a lot of parking. However, despite these positives the negatives outweighs them. Sorry.

The shower curtains still had dried blood and boogers from former guests. I saw cob webs in the ceiling. Housekeeping did not clean my room any day I was there. The free breakfast had no healthy fruits, vegetables or protein. Only highly processed options. Definitely not choosing this hotel next time I go to Pottstown.

Property was close to where we wanted to be.

The manager has a nasty attitud. There were 2 other people at the front desk the first 3 nights I stayed. When I went to pay the 4th night she said I couldn’t stay “I had to leave” I was in my room getting my things together & washing my body; she then called the police without my knowledge AT ALL & they came banging on the room door. I did get to have a conversation with the police and she lied & told the police I said to her “I wasn’t leaving” smh. If you are of color watch yourself from the manager. Sad thing if literally alllll the other staff LOVED me, I’ve been coming to this hotel since I was young and this is my first time seeing this manager named Hope. I tried asking her what’s her problem as the police wanted to know as well & she had no explanation, didn’t even say a word.

Friendly safe and clean room

Had a great stay. Was only here at night and morning but was overall great.

Horrible I will never be staying here again. It was very dirty roaches , not cleaned well, burn holes in the bed sheets . Couldn’t get a deposit back cause they said we smoked in the room but we did not.
