Days Inn by Wyndham Pottstown

I had to call the police because my special needs 11 year old child was attacked at the hotel by the pool by one of the managers

Dirty all around and trash is piled up outside. They only gave us 2 towels for 2 adults for 3 nights stay. Asked several times for towels and housekeeping but no one showed up. ☹️

The outdoor pool in hot summer weather is a blessing!

The only thing i liked was is was clean. The facility itself is falling apart, room windows boarded up, my unit whole in the bathroom ceiling, paint peeling. for the price you charge it was a disgrace

Rooms were dirty. Unsafe environment as there was what appeared to be prostitution and people outside burning fires in the parking lot

Evening manager was ignorant. The toilet had issues and the TV was malfunctioning.

The TV and phone did not work. No tissue in the room. I had two rooms the other room the bed linen had spots and the tub was dirty. I told the front desk and the fellow came to the room to check the TV and he told me because of the storm that’s why the TV was not working but when I went to the office I could hear other TV’s working in other rooms. The toilet seats in both rooms were broken.
