Our land line phones didn't work and after leaving and making our 5 hour trip back home, I discovered I was charged $250 on my card for a tv that was broken when we checked in

"It was a nice stay, we will stay again."

breakfast was good, having inside pool, staff was nice, facility was nice and updated

carpets were dirty and stained, trash was left lying around in bags all day, sometimes food, trash, etc left in the hallways and not cleaned or vacuumed for a couple of days. I accidentally left my curling iron behind while letting it cool before we left. they knew who stayed in room, but never called to report finding or if i wanted to have mailed back, etc.
