Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-DFW Airport N-Grapevine

Breakfast fit our needs. The girls were able to get what they wanted. They were sorry that there were no waffles. However the food was hot and fresh. The fresh fruit and variety of food was appealing. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Our room was a mess. It had not been fully cleaned. Trash was left in the kitchen; a pair of women underwear was found on a chair. We had to allow 2 of children sleep on the sofa bed and it was broken with some of the supports missing. There was not linen in the room to make up the sofa bed - so we had to go to the desk to request the linens. The kitchen as only equipped with a skillet for cooking - we had to ask for a saucepan. There were multiple spiders in the room and the bathtub in one of the rooms looked well used. We have stayed in many Homewood Suites rooms in the past year and we have always given them high marks. This hotel was very disappointing. I do want to add that the staff were great in explaining why we didn't get the room we thought we had reserved and helping us make the best of the bad situation.

The pool was nice, indoor and heated. Our room was outstanding. Even when we told the maids that we didn't need a room cleaning they did it anyway. The staff was polite and helpful.

We did not know about the parking fee. I don't understand why we have to pay to park at a place we are staying at without security outside. We are still responsible for our vehicle if broken into or vandalized.

False advertisement. I book this hotel as they advertised shuttle service pick up, when I arrived to the airport I called the hotel to organised the shuttle service and they told me they didnt have that service, I then had to cancel my reservation and find another place to stay as I was traveling with my baby and parents in law so I needed that shuttle service, I cancel the reservation and they still charge me for it, I have requested the refund of my money several times but neither booking or the hotel has come back to me with an answer.

Air condition was not wlrking.They added a portable ac and the hot air was circulating inside.Iron was missing asked for one but never received.

Very nice lady at the front desk clean room very comfortable room

Breakfast very poor Hotel advertised a shuttle bus but there was no shuttle bus

Internet service was good, breakfast was good as well
