Staff were excellent

The staff was great! The pool was great! It was clean overall. We had some sticky floors in our kitchen area of the room that was gross. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming in quality. The coffee wasn’t hot on multiple mornings. We were also charged a daily parking fee but there were multiple signs all over the parking lot saying that parking was complimentary for hotel guests only. I’m sure they get people trying to park with mall nearby but thought the signs were misleading for hotel guests being charged to park.

Only thing I liked was that checkout wasn’t until noon.

I reserved a room through booking.com and when we arrived at the hotel we were told there wasn’t a room available for us. While trying to find a room somewhere else last minute at 1:30am, the gentleman at the front desk told us he would give us someone else’s room since they had not shown up yet. We were definitely grateful for that and him! Unfortunately, our room had a strong musty smell, our kids started coughing not even 10 minutes after being in there. The bathtub was full of water, I’m hoping it wasn’t someone’s bath water because I let it down myself and scrubbed my hand vigorously. The table by the kitchen had a few crumbs left on it and also the tv wouldn’t work. We all just got ready for bed and dealt with it because we were exhausted! Seriously overpriced and wont be booking with this one in the future. Also, the parking lot was extremely dark!

I have to highlight the staff here, everyone was so nice and made sure we were comfortable and had a good stay. Amy was also beyond kind! We loved talking with her.

I reserved a 2-bedroom suite with a full kitchen for a special sleepover for my daughter. When I was finally able to get into the room, it was clean and well-presented. However, several issues throughout the stay made the experience less than ideal. First, my room was not ready at the 3:00 PM check-in time. I had arrived two hours earlier, understanding it might not be available, but upon returning at 3pm, I still had to wait an additional 45 minutes. While waiting in the lobby, I could hear the staff express frustration with the constantly ringing phone. While they answered politely, it was extremely uncomfortable. The inside of the suite was spacious and tidy. Unfortunately, the living room TV was broken, showing pixelated, distorted images that made it unusable. I called the front desk. They offered to move us, but we opted to stay put and make do since we were already settled. One of the bathrooms also had a broken bathtub stopper. It took a good bit of effort to get it open so the water could drain properly, which shouldn’t have been necessary in a hotel of this caliber. The final disappointment came at breakfast the next morning, where there was visibly molded fruit in the fruit bowl. That’s a quality control issue that should’ve easily been avoided. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but a handful of preventable issues made it a less-than-smooth experience.

Many items were in disrepair. It took 3 rooms to find one with an air conditioner that works. Both the stationary bike and the elliptical were broken and the ice maker in the third room leaked so badly that the ice formed an unusable solid blob.
