Everything was great minus check in the gentleman. That checked me in must have seen my last review cause he charged me a deposit. When I paid with my card and met me with a very nice but irritated attitude. Funny how I was honest and I was treated different due to it .

They could work on cleaning better. Big pile of hair in the shower drain. It's in a easy area to get around. Just staying one night

Seems like a lot of people use this more as a home which I’m not judging but the people who stay more long term seem to forget it’s a hotel? Within 20 minutes of check in I had a complaint of sounding like jumping when we were only walking. People running down the halls all night, and just reeks of marijuana. Service people were great, breakfast was good.

The hotel allowed kids to run wild and make noise all night. The inside pool was a zoo with screaming kids breaking all the posted rules. Small kids could not swim at all because of the teenagers acting like animals. We stayed on the second floor and both nights they had party’s above us. The shampoo bottles mounted on the wall had no products in them. The shower curtain was dirty. Our friends room had no hideaway bed and they paid for one. They never received one. We definitely will not try a quality in the state of Missouri again.
