Clean facilities. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Hot water. Fresh fruit available at breakfast.

PROPERTY WAS FINE AS AN OVERNIGHT STOP. VERY DISSAPPOINTED THE HOT TUB WAS NOT FULL. POOL HAD A LOT OF DIRT ON BOTTOM.

Front desk person was excellent room was clean pillows were not good. We stay there again if in the area

Snow removal around handicap parking lot and entrance to the hotel door was not done. forcing the patron to enter the hotel thru the snow. Unattended Lobby and front desk, leaving the patron to call out loud for assistance that never showed up. Pool was empty of water and under maintenance I would have never booked the place had I been forewarned. Denied a discount in spite of the inconveniences.

I called 2 times so somebody would come and check in. Took over 20 minutes for someone to finally come.

We arrived to check in at 4pm on a Saturday. The door was locked and nobody was there. We weren't able to check in and ended up driving back home after the event we were in town for.

No employees on site…seriously hit or miss if there’s actually an employee on the premises.
