Lomira Inn and Suites

Room wasn't as advertised. No pool. No hot tub. Unfriendly manager. Peeling wall paper. Water stained walls in bathroom. Limited water pressure. Towels were hard, starchy. Could hear external noise(s). We had to stay because of limited hotels available due to Ryder Cup event. Will never stay again!

This hotel is thinnly staffed. It must be lacking enough guests.

Rooms were clean but the mattresses were horrible. Lights flickered on and off or just didn't come on. They refuse to answer their phone at the front desk.

No pool, non working hot tub.

It was very clean and well kept. It was very quiet. For the price...excellent.

Pool was down for maintenance. I get that that stuff needs to get done, but should be told that ahead of time. When we checked in to our room, the door hadn't even been shut all the way but we looked around and everything seemed ok. Very dated. The halls were super hot and our room was super cold. Glad it was only for one nice.

The pool and hot tub had been closed for months and their site did not reflect that information. I would have liked a notification of that change in amenities so I could have changed to a different hotel. The room also smelt musky upon entry.

No breakfast as advertised, and no front desk staff on a regular basis.

First time I've ever tryed to check in and lobby was locked. I had to call for someone to come to front desk, at 9:30pm!!. Notice on front door, located on bottom of door, had a # to call for someone to show up

Just saying, this was the scariest place I’ve ever stayed. My son cried that he wanted to leave. The pillows smelled like old man and the toilet broke when I sat on it (I’m not big). There was toilet paper or something shoved in the peep whole (no big deal) but just added to the creepiness. There was no one working the desk, I had to call and someone had to actually drive to come check us in! She was nice, but still doesn’t make this place worth $89 a night. Maybe $45 would’ve been more suitable for the price.
