Lomira Inn and Suites

The pool was unavailable while we were there. Couldn't get a hold of anybody when I wanted to check out. Not much for breakfast. Other than that, the place was nice.

I was at a wedding in the area. The room is not nice at all. It’s dirty looking even if it’s clean...torn lamp shade, Rip in wall at the ceiling. Gross hair in the shower drain and the worst beds ever I could feel springs in my back. Last makeover was definitely in the 60s

Where do I begin? Not sure if the problem was with the hotel or Expedia. In short, I had a family emergency and had to cancel at last minute. My wife just had cancer surgery and there was some complications. So.....I tried to cancel the morning of. Called the hotel and explained what had happened. They told me that they would refund my money due to the circumstances. Then she said sorry, cannot do that as Expedia already charged my credit card and I would have to take it up with them. After doing an internet search and discovering that several numbers that were listed wasn't Expedia, I finally got hold of a live person. I explained to them what had happened and told them what was said to me by the hotel (about the refund). Expedia told me that they would have to contact the hotel. They did and claimed that the hotel would not refund me. I told Expedia that that is not what the hotel had told me. Expedia then said that they could e-mail the hotel manager in an attempt to get a refund for the room. That is the last I heard and my credit card was charged. I understand the lateness of my cancellation and you may say that is the policy. And I am sure there are people who cancel at the last minute. But, when the hotel told me one thing and Expedia told me another, there is something wrong. I am not sure if I would book at this hotel again and I am not using Expedia any more. There are other services that are begging for people's business.

Nice hotel for just a quick stay over. Room was clean and quiet.

Ok hotel. Close to Bublitz’s restaurant and ale house - a quaint little diner - easybon off to HWY. basic good nights sleep.

Old fasion; No place to sit outsite, Way to expansive.

Hot tub was nice to relax in. Only criticism was a little bit of hard water scale was on the tub. Water out here has so many minerals in it. Beds were soft and nice sheets.

Better than expected. Good staff, tired but large rooms, feeble breakfast (coffee, juice, breads), slow wifi. Recliner (somewhat small) a pleasant surprise. Management should add a small fridge and microwave to each room; I'd gladly pay $5 more/night and would kick the rating up to 4.

disappointed in this place, pool not heated, jets in hottub off and spraying, breakfast sparse and put very little out when asked for more, maintenance needed in several areas, truckers parked in lot next door
