Convenient location & extremely helpful staff.

Quiet location and very clean. Breakfast lacked variety. Fortunately there was a Taco Bell next door and a MacDonalds across the street.

I paid for a queen bed but the room got full size bed bed are old make noises when we move I maybe sleep for 3 to 4 hours the night I will not stop at the hotel other time I didn’t like this hotel people on the check in was nice the ok

They would not refund my money when I tried to cancel within an hour of booking

Friendly staff- small northern WI friendly customer service. Folks of all types stop there.

I thought the nightly rate was too high but it was the only choice we had so we we're stuck. Other than that the location was perfect.

Worst beds ever. They really need to be replaced. Pool area wasn’t working Bc of a storm related power outage earlier in the day. Room Heater doesn’t go by temp, and was hard to keep constant so was either hot/cold all night. Other patrons were very loud at two and 3 AM. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had ever. Rather drive 15 extra miles and stay in Fond du lac.

The room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Not terrible but not appealing. As soon as I got in the room I needed to use the restroom. There were only 4 squares on the roll and no extra rolls. I have used the hotel 2 other nights and for the price it is worth the staff.
