Musty smell. Clean bathroom and bed though. They tried putting us in a room that smelled like smoke and gaslighted us that there were no other rooms until I stood my ground.

A bit limited but ok

Rooms were clean. Dining room well supplied and clean

The staff members at this Inn are great: helpful, fun to be with, very professional. But the property itself needs major help. Many aspects showed deferred/ignored maintenance. On checkin, two of the light bulbs in my room were not working and several light shades were tilted, giving the room a disheveled look. The tub drain ran very slowly and was nearly backed up. The vending machine pastries were over a month past expiration. One vending machine had a sign that it was no longer taking cash. The second floor has a sign that points to a vending area but there is no such vending area. The open area where vending may have been appears to be used for storage now. The carpet in the second floor hallway is bunched up and is a tripping hazard. You cannot exit the elevator from the second floor and move your wheeled cart or wheeled luggage down the hallway to your room door because there's a place in the hallway just after the elevator where there are three steps down to the hallwayi level from which room doors exit. It looks like there may have been a lift to accomodate this difference in floor height but the lift is dismantled and does not work. Wifi was not working at the hotel and when I reported it, staff said they'd had another such report and could not tell me when it would be fixed. It just seemed to be part of the general "deferred maintenance" kind of approach though again, staff were very nice.

Upon entering the room it smelt like mildew from standing water or previously the carpet had been wet and it was not cleaned on top of that we had to go to Walmart to get roach spray because the room had roaches in it shaking my damn head this was the second time we have been at this hotel and we've never had a problem before

The beds were hard and lumpy and the queen size bed they gave us wasn’t a queen it was a full. But hard and the rooms had a weird odor like pepper almost
