It was very close to the events we needed to attend.

There were roaches!!!! There were blood stains on the floor and possibly on the curtains.

"A bit disappointing "

Stains on the carpet in our room. The coffee machine broke during breakfast. Not really any fresh fruits at breakfast (except apples that didn’t look so good). Pool was nice for our kids, but not really shaded areas to sit. Very noisy, can hear everything in the hallway and outside the window.

"Horrible"

Nothing

Carpets are so dirty and disgusting... looks like a cheap motel. Smells terrible like mold and cigarettes. This hotel needs a makeover asap, front the moment you walk into the other just a terrible place. Worst part even If I tried to cancel my reservation due to all the complains, refund wouldn't be possible
