Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown

Love this hotel! It was recently renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. Staff is friendly and helpful, and both meals (breakfast and dinner) I ate at their restaurant The Social were excellent.

Everytime I'm in Indianapolis, I always stay here. I love the vibe and they are always so nice and accommodating. And everything is within walking distance.

Jossie, at the front desk, was very helpful. This was my favorite hotel experience. The room had a good view and was comfortable. I even slept longer than normal. In addition, the breakfast was delicious. I appreciate Jossie for her hospitality!

Amazing customer service greeted us with a big smile and wonderful attitude and she made the checking in process exciting and quick she should definitely get a raise 100/10 service she should own the company her name is Jossie

My husband scheduled our stay with Jayden. He was so patient, kind and helpful. We stay at many different Hilton hotels, but we’ve never stayed at a Hilton Garden. We were a little anxious for a new place. We arrived and Christian met us in valet. He not only took our keys and car, but he also helped get our bags on to a trolley and walked us and our items to the check in desk. That’s where Lillly and Mindi took over. They were extremely helpful and efficient. They provided what Jayden had said they would. They, and then Josie, as the night proceeded, were there to support in whatever we needed from tissue to directions to dining. Every time we came to the desk, we were greeted with a smile. Saturday morning, we had breakfast (buffet style) at the in house restaurant. Another excellent experience! Melinda was amazing! She was constantly working, while never missing a beat with any customer. She remembered what they had the previous day in case they wanted the same. She kept my husband’s coffee hot and filled. She was also so sweet! Richard was working in the restaurant and also was overseeing a private Christmas party, the previous night. He was so kind, inquired how we were and helped by answering some questions we had in Indianapolis. This morning, Erin and Richard were at breakfast. Erin was wonderful. My husband never asked for coffee once and I brought over a dry cereal. She had a spoon waiting for me when I went to get milk. Richard said good morning friends, making us feel like we were family. The last person we interacted with was ND in valet. He was such a sweet guy!! He put all our items in the vehicle according to my husband’s plan. ND said he understood and said he would help in any way we needed. I have only one feedback item. Our water in our room on the 14th floor, was not hot. Saturday, it was warm enough to take a shower but Sunday, I couldn’t even take a shower because it was cold. Thank you Hilton Garden for treating us like family! Truly appreciate you!!

Great visit to this hotel, it’s newly renovated and in a gorgeous historic building. Really nice room, great shower (both pressure and hot water, which isn’t always the case in historic buildings, especially one of the higher floors) They also have a new restaurant called the Social. Our server Melinda was awesome! This hotel is so much more than what I was expecting from a Hilton Garden Inn!

Was very busy all rooms booked but staff was absolutely wonderful and were just great!

Pool was too cold!
